CRM is available in TextTorrent
TextTorrent CRM adds a dashboard, leads, opportunities, and workflows beside SMS, so follow-up can start when a lead or opportunity changes.
What changed
TextTorrent CRM is a new area in the account. It opens to four sections: CRM Dashboard, Leads, Opportunities, and Workflows.
CRM Dashboard
The dashboard is the home for CRM. Use it to move into the leads you are working, the opportunities in progress, and the workflows attached to those records.
Leads
Leads is where the people you are following up with are kept. A lead can carry the same messaging details already used for contacts: first name, last name, phone number, email, company, list, folder or tag, messaging status, and notes. Leads can be added directly or imported from a CSV file with column mapping. Search covers first name, last name, and phone number, and the list can be filtered by list, unlisted, or blacklisted status.
Opportunities
Opportunities track the deal or follow-up attached to a lead. Creating an opportunity and changing its stage are supported events. A stage change can start the next message, reminder, or team task instead of waiting for someone to notice the move.
Workflows
Workflows connect those records to SMS. A workflow can start when a lead or contact is created, updated, imported, or tagged, when a note or task is added, when an opportunity is created, or when its stage changes. After the trigger, a workflow can send an SMS, wait, add or remove a tag, create a task, update a supported field, notify a teammate, or branch with If/Else where that step is available. Not every field can be edited from a workflow.
Why it matters
Follow-up breaks when leads live in a spreadsheet and texts live somewhere else. CRM keeps the lead, the opportunity stage, and the message in one account. When a lead is added or an opportunity moves, a workflow can take the next step without relying on memory.
How it works
Open CRM from the account menu. Review the dashboard, then open Leads to add or import the people you need to reach. Confirm the phone number and messaging status before that lead is used in a campaign. Create an opportunity when there is a deal or follow-up to track, and update the stage as it moves.
Open Workflows when that activity should start a message or a task. Choose a lead, opportunity, or tag trigger, then add the actions that should follow. End the workflow at a clear step so it does not continue indefinitely.
Who it helps
Sales and operations teams that text from TextTorrent and need leads, opportunity stages, and the next task in the same account. Campaigns and shared inboxes can use the same people, lists, and tags instead of rebuilding the audience in another tool.
How to get started
Sign in and open CRM. Start on the dashboard, then add a lead or import a CSV. Check the phone number, list, tag, and messaging status. Create an opportunity for the follow-up you want to track. If the next step should happen on its own, open Workflows and start from a lead, opportunity, or tag event. Contact management and SMS automation have the published setup details.
