Text Torrent provides users with access to a web-based communications platform designed to support business communications by text and voice. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
Our Services are intended for use only in jurisdictions where such functionality is legally permitted. If you choose to use the platform from a location outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with any local laws, regulations, registration requirements, recording laws, telemarketing restrictions, or other legal obligations applicable in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all locations.
As a user of Text Torrent, you are fully responsible for managing your own account settings, subscription preferences, and service usage. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the billing or account settings area within your dashboard.
Please note the following important policies regarding billing and cancellations:
Once payment is successfully processed, your subscription and service features will be activated immediately. Any phone numbers linked to your account are held exclusively for your use until you choose to delete or release them.
Account owners and designated administrators may be granted access to various control features within the platform. These controls include monitoring subaccount usage, adjusting access permissions, assigning phone numbers, and managing compliance settings across user groups. Use of these administrative tools must comply with all applicable laws and internal policies.
You represent and warrant that all contacts imported or messaged through the Services have provided valid express consent to receive such communications, and that you will maintain verifiable proof of such consent (including date, time, method, IP address, and content of opt-in) and provide it upon our request.
You represent and warrant that all business information submitted through the Text Torrent platform — including but not limited to company name, Employer Identification Number (EIN), Tax ID, or other registration credentials — is truthful, accurate, and legally associated with the entity you are authorized to represent. You may not submit, use, or reference an EIN, business name, or registration number belonging to another individual or organization without their express written consent.
You acknowledge that Text Torrent relies on the information you provide for carrier registration, A2P 10DLC vetting, and compliance purposes, and that any false, fraudulent, or unauthorized submissions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, denial of campaign approval, and potential referral to carriers or regulatory authorities.
If you add, submit, connect, or otherwise associate any additional Employer Identification Numbers (EINs), business entities, brands, or related registration information to your account, you represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, complete, current, and lawfully provided by you. You further represent and warrant that you are authorized to submit and use each such EIN, entity name, and related business information in connection with the Services, carrier registration, campaign approvals, compliance reviews, and any other operational purpose supported by the platform.
You acknowledge and agree that Text Torrent does not independently verify ownership, validity, or authorization of any additional EIN or related business information you provide and may rely entirely on the information submitted by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all additional EINs and related business details submitted through your account belong to you
If you use any calling, voice, call-routing, conference, voicemail, local presence, or other voice-related features made available through the Services (collectively, “Voice Services”), you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such Voice Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and industry rules, including without limitation the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, Do Not Call laws and registries, call recording and wiretapping laws, caller ID and anti-spoofing laws, and any requirements imposed by carriers, upstream providers, or governmental authorities.
Without limiting the foregoing, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
The Services may allow you to enable or use call recording, call monitoring, call whisper, call barging, conference calling, voicemail recording, transcription, and related features. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for determining whether notice to, or consent from, one or more participants is required before recording, monitoring, listening to, joining, whispering into, barging into, transcribing, or otherwise processing any call or voicemail.
By using any such feature, you represent and warrant that you have provided all required notices and obtained all required consents under applicable law before enabling or using the feature, and that your use of such feature complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
You further acknowledge and agree that Text Torrent may store, process, transmit, display, analyze, and retain call recordings, voicemail recordings, transcripts, call logs, metadata, and related communications data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, or enforce the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If the Services allow you to select, assign, rotate, present, or display a phone number, caller ID, local presence number, business identity, or similar call-identification information, you may use such features only in a lawful, non-deceptive manner and only in connection with numbers and identities you are authorized to use.
You may not use the Services to transmit misleading, inaccurate, false, deceptive, or unauthorized caller ID information, to impersonate any person or entity, to misrepresent your identity, affiliation, location, or purpose, or to engage in spoofing or other unlawful caller ID practices.
Text Torrent reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to limit, disable, suspend, or revoke your access to any caller ID, local presence, number presentation, or related feature if we believe such feature is being used in a misleading, unauthorized, unlawful, or high-risk manner.
If you use any call forwarding, simultaneous ring, queueing, IVR, routing, conference, transfer, scheduling, voicemail routing, or similar call-handling feature, you are solely responsible for configuring such feature correctly and for ensuring that all destination numbers, recipients, agents, users, or endpoints to which calls are routed, forwarded, transferred, or connected are authorized by you and lawfully used.
Text Torrent does not guarantee successful routing, forwarding, connection, delivery, completion, or receipt of any call, voicemail, conference, queue, transfer, or related communication, and shall have no liability for missed calls, failed routing, incorrect routing, unanswered calls, routing delays, voicemail failures, queue delays, schedule errors, configuration mistakes, or service interruptions affecting such features.
The Services are not intended to support, and may not support, emergency communications to any hospital, law enforcement agency, public safety answering point, 911 service, emergency service, or other emergency responder. You acknowledge and agree that the Services may not provide access to emergency calling, may not support Enhanced 911 or similar location-based emergency functionality, and may fail to connect emergency calls or transmit accurate caller or location information.
You must not rely on the Services for emergency communications, and you are solely responsible for maintaining separate and adequate emergency calling capabilities through other means. Text Torrent shall have no liability arising out of or relating to any inability to place, route, complete, or respond to an emergency call or emergency communication through the Services.
All elements of the Text Torrent platform—including but not limited to software code, databases, features, website layout, audio-visual content, written materials, graphics, and images (collectively, the “Content”)—are either owned by or legally licensed to Text Torrent, INC. This also includes any trademarks, service marks, logos, or brand identifiers displayed within the Services (collectively, the “Marks”).
These Content and Marks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the United States and other jurisdictions, including copyright, trademark, and laws governing unfair competition.
You are granted limited, non-transferable access to use the Content and Marks solely for your personal use or for your internal business operations. The Content and Marks are provided “as is” and may not be copied, modified, sold, or used for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
As long as you follow these Terms—especially the guidelines under “Prohibited Activities”—Text Torrent grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, license, sell, display, post, or otherwise use any part of the platform, its content, or its branding (including our name, logos, and other proprietary materials) for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
If you wish to request permission for any use outside the scope described here, please contact us atinfo@texttorrent.com. If permission is granted, you must creditText Torrent as the source and include all copyright or ownership notices where applicable.
We retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Services, Content, or Marks is a violation of our intellectual property rights and will result in immediate termination of your access.
Before using Text Torrent to send or upload any content, please read this section along with the “Prohibited Activities” section carefully. It explains both the rights you give us and the responsibilities you take on when submitting anything through our platform.
If you send us any messages, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or similar materials (“Submissions”), you agree that all rights to that content—including any intellectual property—will belong exclusively to Text Torrent, INC. This means we may use, share, or act upon your Submissions in any way we see fit, including for commercial purposes, without needing to credit or compensate you.
When submitting any content through our Services, you agree that:
You are fully responsible for the content you provide. If your Submission infringes on someone else’s rights, violates the law, or causes harm to us in any way, you agree to cover any losses, damages, or legal claims we incur as a result.
By using Text Torrent, you confirm and guarantee the following:
If we determine that any information you’ve provided is false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your account and block you from using any part of our Services, now or in the future.
To access certain features of Text Torrent, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your password with anyone and to take reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any username associated with your account if we believe it is offensive, misleading, violates someone’s rights, or is otherwise inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Text Torrent offers a range of subscription options, each designed to meet different usage needs:
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle. To ensure uninterrupted access to your account and services, your plan will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel before the next billing date.
By subscribing to any plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method unless and until you cancel your subscription.
Depending on your subscription tier, you may have access to create and manage multiple user subaccounts under a single main account. These subaccounts are designed for use by team members, agents, or departments within your organization. The account owner is responsible for all actions taken under their primary account and any linked subaccounts.
Text Torrent currently accepts the following payment methods:
When making a purchase through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing details, including your contact information, payment credentials, and any relevant expiration dates. It is your responsibility to ensure your account information remains current so we can process your transactions without delay and reach you if necessary.
Where required, applicable taxes will be added to your total. All transactions are processed inU.S. dollars. Prices and plan rates may change at any time, and you will be charged based on the current pricing at the time of your purchase.
By completing a transaction, you authorize Text Torrent to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes or fees. If there is an error in pricing or billing, we reserve the right to correct it—even if payment has already been submitted or processed.
We also reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include limiting the number of purchases per account, household, or payment method, especially if we suspect the order is related to reselling or bulk distribution. Orders may be rejected if we believe they violate our usage terms or raise concerns about fraud or misuse.
In addition to Text Torrent’s fees for subscriptions, messaging credits, phone numbers, and any other Services (“Fees”), you are responsible for paying all sales, use, value-added, goods and services, excise, withholding, or similar taxes, duties, and governmental charges of any kind (collectively, “Taxes”) that are imposed by any jurisdiction in connection with your access to or use of the Services, excluding only Taxes based on Text Torrent’s net income.
Where we are required or permitted by law to collect Taxes from you, such Taxes will be added to your invoice or charged to your payment method as an addition to the applicable Fees, and you agree to pay them to us. Where we do not collect Taxes, you remain solely responsible for remitting any applicable Taxes directly to the appropriate tax authority.
If any taxing authority assesses Taxes (including interest, penalties, or other amounts) against Text Torrent that should have been paid by you in connection with your use of the Services, you agree to reimburse Text Torrent for the full amount of such assessed Taxes attributable to your purchases or usage.
If you are exempt from certain Taxes, you must provide Text Torrent with a valid and properly executed tax-exemption certificate or other documentation reasonably requested by us. We will not apply any exemption until we have received and approved such documentation.
All subscriptions with Text Torrent renew automatically on a monthly basis unless you choose to cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring schedule without requiring separate approval for each transaction. Your billing cycle begins on the date of initial payment and recurs every 30 days.
We may offer a 7-day free trial to new users who create an account. During the trial period, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends, access to the platform will pause unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. Trial eligibility is limited to one per user or business.
All payments are non-refundable. This includes:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You remain responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing. If subscription rates change, we will notify you in advance in accordance with applicable laws. Continued use of the platform after notification will be considered your agreement to the new rates
Expiration and Forfeiture Messaging credits (“Credits”) made available through the Services are a limited right to access and use messaging functionality on the platform. Credits are digital, non-tangible items, have no cash or monetary value, are non-transferable (except where we expressly permit in writing), and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Credits may be granted or purchased in connection with a specific subscription plan or account and are usable only while your subscription is active and your account remains in good standing. If your subscription or account is canceled, allowed to lapse, or otherwise terminated for any reason, all unused Credits associated with your account will automatically expire and be permanently forfeited as of the effective date of cancellation or termination. You will not be entitled to any refund, proration, credit, or other compensation for unused Credits in these circumstances.
By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or any other digital services through Text Torrent, you agree that all transactions arefinal and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy. All credits purchased on the platform are classified as non-physical, digital goods that are delivered instantly. As such, these purchases arenot eligible for chargebacks under payment network rules that restrict disputes for fulfilled digital products.
By using our Services, you further agree to the following conditions:
Filing a chargeback that violates this policy will be considered a material breach of these Terms. In response,Text Torrent reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable your account and block future access to the platform.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our services and to prevent fraudulent or abusive financial conduct. By completing a transaction on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this provision in full
You may only use Text Torrent for lawful purposes and in accordance with the functionality we intentionally provide. Use of the Services for any activity not authorized or directly supported by us is strictly forbidden.
By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
Violations of any of the above may result in account suspension, permanent removal, legal action, and financial liability.
At this time, Text Torrent does not allow users to post, upload, or publicly share content within the platform. As such, no user-generated content features—such as forums, comment sections, or public profiles—are available through our Services.
By using Text Torrent, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, and use the information and personal data you provide in accordance with ourPrivacy Policyand your selected preferences or account settings.
If you choose to share any ideas, suggestions, comments, or feedback about our platform, you grant us the right to use that input for any purpose—commercial or otherwise—without requiring any acknowledgment, compensation, or obligation to you.
If you use Text Torrent’s mobile application (the “App”), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on your personal mobile device. This license is strictly for your internal business use or personal access to the Services, subject to these Terms

We reserve the right, though not the obligation, to monitor activity on the Text Torrent platform to identify violations of these Terms or applicable laws. If we determine that a user has acted unlawfully or breached these Terms, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including reporting the user to authorities or pursuing legal remedies. At our sole discretion, we may also restrict access to certain features, limit availability of services, or disable specific content if we believe doing so is necessary to protect our platform or other users. Additionally, we may remove or deactivate any files, messages, or data that place an excessive load on our systems or otherwise interfere with service performance. These rights exist to protect the security, functionality, and integrity of our Services.
If a phone number, message, or campaign is flagged by a carrier, regulator, or legal authority, we may review related account activity, investigate the matter, and disclose necessary user information to carriers, regulators, or law enforcement in order to address compliance or legal concerns.
If you use Voice Services, Text Torrent may, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, review call-related account activity, call logs, routing configurations, caller ID usage, recordings, voicemail activity, complaint history, traceback requests, and related metadata for purposes of security, fraud prevention, service protection, legal compliance, carrier compliance, and enforcement of these Terms. We may suspend or disable numbers, calling features, recordings, routing functionality, or account access immediately if we believe your use of the Voice Services creates legal, carrier, fraud, abuse, reputational, or operational risk. We may also preserve and disclose call-related records, recordings, logs, routing data, account information, and related materials to carriers, upstream providers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other third parties where we believe such disclosure is appropriate to investigate complaints, respond to traceback or compliance requests, enforce our rights, protect the Services, or comply with law.
We take your privacy and data security seriously. To understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy athttps://texttorrent.com. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in that policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please note that our platform is operated and hosted in the United States. If you access Text Torrent from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed within the United States, and you explicitly consent to that transfer in accordance with applicable laws.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you continue to use the Services. However,Text Torrent reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time—whether for a specific reason or no reason at all. This includes the right to block certain IP addresses or disable your account if we determine that you’ve violated any part of these Terms, made false representations, or broken any applicable laws. We also reserve the right to remove your account and any associated content without warning. If your access is terminated or suspended, you may not attempt to re-register under your own name, a false name, or on behalf of someone else. In addition to disabling your account, we may pursue any legal remedies available to us, including civil, criminal, or injunctive actions, if we believe it is necessary to protect our platform or enforce our rights.
Text Torrent may update, modify, suspend, or remove any part of the Services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. While we may revise content or features occasionally, we are under no obligation to keep information on the platform current or accurate. You acknowledge that we are not liable to you or any third party for changes in functionality, pricing, availability, or the continued operation of the Services. We cannot guarantee that access to our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary service disruptions. By using the Services, you accept that downtime or interruptions may occur, and we will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by such events. These Terms do not obligate us to provide ongoing support, bug fixes, upgrades, or future releases.
If you have concerns about a charge on your account, you agree to contact Text Torrent directly before pursuing a chargeback or filing a dispute with your financial institution. We reserve the right to provide verification of service delivery, including subscription status, phone number assignments, account activity logs, screenshots, and any relevant support records.
To help resolve issues efficiently and avoid unnecessary legal expenses, both you and Text Torrent agree to attempt to resolve any disputes, claims, or disagreements (“Disputes”) informally through direct communication for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal arbitration proceedings. This informal resolution process begins once written notice of a Dispute is provided by one party to the other.
If a resolution cannot be reached during that period, the matter will be settled throughbinding arbitration, as the sole and exclusive method of dispute resolution (with exceptions listed below). You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court or request a jury trial. The arbitration will be administered by theAmerican Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with itsCommercial Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, itsSupplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. Arbitration may take place in person, via documents, over the phone, or online. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding, must follow applicable law, and may be subject to review if legal standards are not upheld.
Unless otherwise required by AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will be conducted inNew York, United States. If the arbitration costs are found to be excessive, Text Torrent will cover all arbitration-related fees. Either party may seek court assistance to enforce, modify, or confirm an arbitration award, or to stay proceedings while arbitration is pending.
If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located inNew York, and waive any objections related to venue, personal jurisdiction, or forum non conveniens. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and theUniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA)do not apply to these Terms.
If any portion of this arbitration clause is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be severed, and the remaining terms will still apply. In such cases, any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be heard exclusively in the courts specified above.
You and Text Torrent agree that all arbitration proceedings will be handled on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

From time to time, the information provided through the Text Torrent platform may include errors, inaccuracies, or missing details—such as incorrect descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct or update any such content at our discretion, and we may do so without notifying users in advance.
Text Torrent is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and you agree to use the Services at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties—whether express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or accurate. We are not responsible for any mistakes, inaccuracies, data loss, unauthorized access, service outages, or harmful code (such as viruses or malware) that may be transmitted through the platform.Without limiting the foregoing, Text Torrent makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any call, voicemail, conference, forwarded call, routed call, queue, IVR flow, recording, transcript, caller ID presentation, local presence feature, or related Voice Service will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, accurately routed, properly recorded, free from latency or audio issues, accepted by carriers, or free from spam labeling, blocking, filtering, traceback scrutiny, or other third-party interference. Text Torrent is not responsible for failed call completion, dropped calls, failed or delayed forwarding, routing errors, voicemail failures, recording failures, transcription inaccuracies, queue delays, schedule errors, caller ID labeling by third parties, or any inability to place or complete emergency calls. We also make no guarantees about the content or services offered by third parties through Text Torrent or via external links. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any transactions or interactions you engage in with third-party advertisers, vendors, or service providers, and you should exercise independent judgment and due diligence before proceeding with any such dealings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Text Torrent, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, vendors, suppliers, or service providers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, recordings, call logs, messages, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services, even if Text Torrent has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Text Torrent shall have no liability arising out of or relating to: (a) failed, blocked, delayed, dropped, mislabeled, filtered, or incomplete calls or messages; (b) unsuccessful call routing, forwarding, conferencing, queueing, IVR handling, voicemail delivery, voicemail retrieval, or recording; (c) any recording, monitoring, transcription, caller ID, local presence, or number presentation issue; (d) carrier, provider, or third-party blocking, spam labeling, traceback activity, filtering, or enforcement; (e) any inability to use the Services for emergency communications; or (f) your failure to comply with any law, regulation, consent requirement, telemarketing rule, caller ID rule, recording law, or other legal obligation applicable to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Text Torrent’s aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Text Torrent for the Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Text Torrent, INC, together with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, vendors, and service providers, from and against any and all claims, complaints, investigations, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any misrepresentation, inaccuracy, or breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, or obligation made by you under these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (e) your infringement, misappropriation, or other violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or proprietary rights; (f) any harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or otherwise improper act or omission by you or any person using your account; or (g) any dispute between you and any third party arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, your indemnification obligations expressly include any claim, complaint, investigation, demand, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to your messaging activities, calling activities, telemarketing activities, call content, message content, caller ID practices, local presence usage, recordings, monitoring, whisper, barge, voicemail practices, consent practices, opt-in practices, Do Not Call compliance, campaign activity, contact data, or any alleged or actual violation of the TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM Act, telemarketing law, privacy law, wiretap law, caller ID law, consumer protection law, or any other communications-related law, regulation, carrier policy, or industry requirement.
Text Torrent reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate fully, at your expense, with our defense, settlement, and enforcement of such matter. You may not settle any such matter without Text Torrent’s prior written consent if the settlement imposes any obligation, admission, restriction, or liability on Text Torrent. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim for which we seek indemnification once we become aware of it, provided that any failure or delay in giving notice will not relieve you of your indemnification obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced by that failure or delay.
We may store certain information that you submit through the Text Torrent platform in order to operate, monitor, and improve our Services. While we conduct regular backups for general system maintenance, you remain solely responsible for any data you upload or generate through your account. We do not guarantee the preservation or integrity of user data, and we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of such information. By using the Services, you agree to waive any claims against us resulting from data loss or damage. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that the Services may generate or process call logs, recordings, voicemail audio, transcripts, routing records, call metadata, caller ID data, and related communications records. You agree that Text Torrent may store, process, analyze, display, retain, and disclose such data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, support, and enforce the Services, subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
SMS messages are sent by Text Torrent. Text Torrent is a bulk SMS marketing platform that helps businesses send compliant, high-deliverability text campaigns. By opting into messaging from Text Torrent regarding account issues, outages, and new offers, you understand that our message frequency may vary, you may reach out to support@texttorrent.com with any questions, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply “STOP” to opt out from messaging from Text Torrent.
If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages fromText Torrent, you can opt out at any time by replying with the word “STOP” to any message. You may receive a confirmation message to confirm your request has been processed.
As part of our compliance and user protection features, Text Torrent includes a Blacklist Page that displays all phone numbers currently blocked from receiving future messages. Numbers may appear on this list due to manual actions taken by users or automatically triggered rules (such as opt-out responses). This page is provided for visibility and management purposes and may not be modified by third parties without authorization.
Users of the platform can define specific words or phrases (e.g., “STOP,” “UNSUBSCRIBE”) within the Opt-Out Page. If a recipient replies with a matching keyword, their number will automatically be blacklisted and blocked from receiving future messages. This process helps ensure regulatory compliance and supports user-defined opt-out logic. Users are responsible for maintaining their keyword lists and ensuring clarity in messaging.
Standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing texts, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. These charges are your responsibility.

These Terms, along with any policies or operational guidelines posted by Text Torrent on the platform, represent the complete agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services. Our decision not to enforce any part of these Terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce that or any other part in the future. These Terms are enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by law. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. We are not liable for any delay, failure, or disruption resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion will be severed without affecting the rest of the agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Text Torrent. These Terms will not be interpreted against us merely because we drafted them, and you waive any defense based on the electronic format or the absence of a physical signature.
